What’s a typical day for you?
My morning ritual, which starts at 6 am, consists of: checking my messages, drinking my morning protein shake and coffee then reading until about 8 am. I make it to the office by 9 am and do work (i.e. client follow ups, meetings, administrative work), then lunch at 12 pm. Following lunch, I make in person visits and phone calls to clients. Toward the end of the day, I recap with the team on the lessons learned for the day. My evening routine consists of gym time/running outside, cooking dinner and preparing for the next day.
